Coach Noel Guerra brings decades of elite international experience to Elite Factory, where he serves as one of the most respected and technically gifted coaches in the program. Originally from Cuba, Noel built his reputation as a Cuban National Team Coach, developing and mentoring some of the top players in the Caribbean and Latin America.

Known for his deep understanding of hitting mechanics, fielding fundamentals, and player psychology, Coach Noel has helped shape athletes who went on to compete at the professional and international levels. His training blends old-school Cuban discipline with modern performance science — a combination that consistently produces results.
