With over four decades of experience, Coach José Miguel Reyes is one of the most respected hitting instructors to come out of Cuba. A lifelong student of the game, he brings unmatched knowledge, discipline, and technical precision to every session he leads.

Coach José Miguel specializes in working with younger hitters, focusing on building strong foundations in swing mechanics, timing, and approach. His calm, patient coaching style allows players to learn at their own pace while developing the confidence and rhythm needed to hit at a high level.

Fully bilingual (English/Spanish), Coach José Miguel connects effortlessly with players and parents from all backgrounds, making him an invaluable part of the Elite Factory and Beast Pro Hitting (BPH) team. His decades of experience training hitters in both Cuba and the United States have shaped his teaching philosophy — one built on consistency, respect for the craft, and love for the game.
